Benin forward Adnan Aziz is exploring a move to South America and hopes to approach Argentine second-division club Chacarita Juniors. The club has not confirmed any contact, offer or agreement.
The 24-year-old forward, born in Djougou, northern Benin, has played in Italy, France and the Czech Republic. He now wants a new sporting project where he can continue to develop.
Argentina is one of the destinations that has caught his attention. The country is known for its technical football, intensity and passionate fans.
Who is Adnan Aziz?
Aziz was born on January 1, 2002, and began his career in Benin with Soleil FC and Tchémabi FC. He moved to Europe in 2018, joining Pro Cittiglio in Italy.
He then spent two years in France with Angers MFC (2018–2020) before a short spell at FK Králův Dvůr in the Czech Republic in 2020. He returned to France with Olympique Saumur from 2020 to 2022.
His most recent stint was in Italy, with ASD Licata Calcio in 2022 and ASD Juvenilia Roseto from 2022 to 2025. According to the statistics supplied, he made 147 competitive club appearances and nine friendly appearances.
At 1.86m and 80kg, the right-footed striker has also represented Benin’s under-23 side. He made three friendly appearances and scored one goal. He has no recorded appearances at U20 level.
Why Chacarita Juniors?
Chacarita Juniors is among the clubs Aziz hopes to approach. The Buenos Aires club plays in the Primera Nacional, the second tier of Argentine football. The competition is split into two zones of 18 teams, and the winners of each zone meet in a single final to decide the champion and the first promotion to the top flight, according to La Nación.
Chacarita are in a tough campaign. After a 1-0 home win over Deportivo Maipú on matchday 34, they had 36 points and sat 17th, La Nación reported. That makes attacking options a likely priority, though nothing suggests the club has shown any interest in Aziz.

What happens next?
Any move would depend on three things:
- Contact: Aziz or his representatives would first need to open talks with the club.
- Evaluation: The club would need to assess his profile, likely through a trial or video analysis.
- Paperwork: Registration and transfer procedures would have to be completed.
For now, the immediate goal is to present his background and ask for a chance to show his qualities on the pitch.
