A second of alternate between Imo State Governor Hope Uzodimma and his predecessor, Rochas Okorocha, in the course of the APC presidential marketing campaign rally has drawn public consideration.
In a video circulating on-line, Okorocha is heard calling out to Uzodimma, asking, “Governor Hope, didn’t you see me?” apparently suggesting that the governor had did not acknowledge or greet him.
Uzodimma, nevertheless, responded, “You’re a small boy,” amid handshakes and laughter.
The alternate, which gave the impression to be pleasant banter and a light-hearted greeting, comes days after the Federal High Court in Abuja nullified Uzodimma’s emergence because the APC candidate for Imo West Senatorial District within the 2027 elections and declared Okorocha the winner of the celebration’s May 18 senatorial main.
