Nigerian Afrobeats star, Divine Ikubor, generally known as Rema, has defined that he’s cautious to not flaunt his wealth and achievements on the Internet as a result of he would not wish to stress different younger people who could also be struggling.
Speaking in an interview with Jam FM, the 26-yr-outdated singer famous that lots of younger people look as much as him as a result of they admire him.
He acknowledged that lots of younger people dream of being as profitable as him.
“A whole lot of younger people look as much as me, whether or not they’re my followers or not. I have one thing they need or dream of, so I do my greatest to not make anybody feel dangerous about themselves or feel pressured.
“Everybody has their time but some people just want to rush it because they see their fellow young person doing well. Sometimes, people tell me not to care about whether my lifestyle would pressure anyone, but I still feel some people will misinterpret it if I flaunt my lifestyle.
“I simply care concerning the youngsters who’re underneath stress. Parents do this as effectively. Parents evaluate rather a lot. Parents put lots of youngsters underneath stress. A whole lot of youngsters are in class finding out what they do not wish to examine as a result of their mother and father need them to have good paying jobs.
“So, I don’t want anybody to rush their time or pressure themselves because of me. I just like to keep it simple. That is one reason I enjoy streetwear. I really don’t do too many designers. The only thing that is really lavish about me may be my chains or watches, ” Rema acknowledged.
