Twelve states are being awaited to provide their nods.
However, the constitutionally-required 24-state endorsement benchmark wanted for the state police invoice to turn into regulation has been met.
Adamawa, Akwa Ibom, Anambra, (*12*), Benue, Cross River, Delta, Edo, Ekiti, Enugu, Gombe, Imo, (*24*), Kebbi, Kwara, Nasarawa, Ogun, Osun, Oyo, Plateau, Rivers, Taraba, Yobe and Zamfara states.
Kano State is being scheduled for plenary whereas Bauchi and Katsina states have theirs on the committee evaluate stage at their Houses of Assembly.
Similarly, Abia, Borno, Ebonyi, Kogi, Ondo and Sokoto states have obtained the invoice and are being awaited, whereas there isn’t a public replace from Jigawa, Lagos and Niger states.
