The mom of the Director-General of the World Trade Organisation, WTO, Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, Professor Kamene Okonjo, is lifeless.
The Palace Secretary of Ogwashi-Uku Kingdom, Chief Ifeakanachukwu Emordi, on behalf of the Umu Obi Obahai Royal Family, introduced the event in an announcement on Sunday.
According to the assertion, Professor Okonjo was the matriarch of the royal household and mom of the normal ruler of Ogwashi-Uku Kingdom, Obi Ifechukwude Anishi Okonjo II.
The assertion mentioned she died at the age of 96 years.
She was the spouse of the late Obi Chukwuka Okonjo, the quick previous conventional ruler of Ogwashi-Uku neighborhood, with whom she shared 66 years of marriage.
