Liverpool legend, Jamie Carragher, has recognized two players who might win the Ballon d’Or this year.

Carragher spoke after Paris Saint-Germain defeated Barcelona 4-2 within the Champions League on Tuesday.

The Englishman famous that Real Madrid’s Kylian Mbappe or Bayern Munich’s Harry Kane might win the 2026 Ballon d’Or.

“The Ballon d’Or is awarded on Monday, but that is about last season. Right now, we are looking at the next best player in the world.”

“Mbappe or Kane may win the Ballon d’Or this year, but at this moment, Lamine Yamal is the best player in the world,” Carragher stated as quoted by Barça Universal through CBS Sports Golazo.
